SaucedoChavez, P.C. Takes the Lead in New Mexico Cannabis Litigation
As a behavioral health service, under New Mexico statute effective January 1, 2022, the cost of medical cannabis must be fully covered by insurance—for both Medicaid participants and those that obtained insurance in the private market.
