PROFILE


Mr. Saucedo is an AV Peer Review Rated Attorney and rated by Super Lawyer(s) for three consecutive years, an honor given to the top five-percent of practicing attorneys in each state. He is an experienced civil trial attorney whose practice focuses on insurance and commercial litigation, employment law, and serious personal injury. Mr. Saucedo represents clients on a variety of severe personal injury and other negligence related claims, including negligent construction claims. He also defends employers on issues such as employment discrimination, wrongful termination, non-competition agreements, and the investigation of employee complaints.

Mr. Saucedo has handled hundreds of civil matters to successful conclusion either by dismissal or appropriate settlement, and has been lead counsel for multiple trials and arbitrations. He completed the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, Trial Advocacy College in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2004. He is a frequent lecturer on employment law, professional liability and construction liability topics. He is also actively involved in the local bar associations, legislative matters, and pro bono activities.
